Settling In Services

Practical support services start before you move and continue after you arrive in Switzerland. Ongoing access to our counselor is available for the duration of your assignment.

Typical settling-in services available:

• move-in day assistance

• community familiarization including shopping facilities

• opening bank and/or post accounts

• explanation of public transportation system

• understanding health care system

• car registration and obtaining driver`s license

• spouses activities including programs for further education

• introduction to expatriate organisations and networks

• leisure activities

• cultural "survival training " 

• learning how to get things done in Switzerland

• other support as requested
